Our Services

Fort Surveyors provides professional RICS building surveys, HomeBuyer reports, and valuations. All surveys are conducted in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) guidelines and standards.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property to be surveyed.
• Ensure safe access to the property for our surveyors.
• Settle all invoices within the agreed payment terms.

Liability & Limitations

While we strive for the utmost accuracy, our reports are based on a visual inspection of accessible areas. We do not accept liability for hidden defects or issues that could not be reasonably detected during the inspection.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled survey may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided once the survey has been completed and the report delivered.
